click-bait Agree. The "substance" of the article is that reports indicate the FBI may be looking into whether Clinton Foundation donors received favorable treatment during the Hildabeast's tenure as SOS. Nothing new here.

FBI agents are reportedly looking into whether or not Clinton gave favorable treatment to those who donated to the Clinton Foundation while she served as secretary of state — a frequent accusation from critics of hers. Her defenders will say anyone in Govt who helps out people can be accused of favoritism, even if they don't know the people personally they helped out.
