The more they get rid of comments sections (or try to force people to use Facebook] the more popular sites like this one will be.

There will be new blogs and news aggregation sites that allow comments because people want to communicate with each other about the events of the day.

They can’t stop it, but they are stupid enough to think they can.

Ya I’ve noticed that too. What’s up with some sites requiring you to use Facebook to comment? What if you don’t have a Facebook account? What if you don’t want a Facebook account? You have to establish one just to comment on news stories? What’s up with that?
