It doesn’t matter. To win in a deep blue state he would have to win by at least 5% to overcome fraud.

Yea, after he dominated in the first debate, his handlers told him to dummy up and cut it out.
If polls had him up by three he would lose by 2%. States like NJ are dominated by the Democratic machine at the polling location.
