Bill Clinton understands the public is fed up with the skyrocketing costs, stratospheric deductibles, and vanishing insurance providers of Obamacare, and he wants to save Hillary from going down with the ship. So President Obama’s signature legislative accomplishment gets thrown under the bus....

Of course, for the political left the answer is always Single-Payer, which is what Obozocare was always intended to lead toward......
Trump and Pence need to seize upon this opportunity to exploit tensions between Clintons and Obama, force Shrillary to take responsibility for Obozocare or else disavow it, etc.

Republicans cannot be tagged for this ‘crazy system’ since they did not vote for it, but Bill may tag them anyway for not changing it. There has to be some way to blame the Repubs. Of course, we can blame the Repubs for allowing it to continue. There have been efforts, but branch number 3 (Judicial with good old Judge Roberts) stopped that also. That kind of reminds us Comey and the FBI doesn’t it???

I think the anticipated talk is how to fix it. But there’s virtually no way left to say you want everyone covered, but it has to cost less, unless you did a Medicare-like system for the nation and everyone....then admitted that with marginal profit...hospitals aren’t interested in running a four-star operation in every single community. You’d rapidly downsize full scale healthcare to just clinics in most counties of the US and hospitals would only exist in towns of 100,000 or more.
Reality has come to just about everyone because they know the repair or solution....will just make localized care impossible to get.

Mentioning the “struggling middle class” is also a clue to Hillary’s campaign strategy.......when Bill Clinton ran, he calculatedly made moves to make himself attractive to the middle class.
Hillary knows she is not very appealing and at the same time she has to keep Obama stroked.
Obama setup a costly voter fraud machine for her (using our tax dollars), got her cleared of the email mess......and then there’s the crucial Obama coalition votes she desperately needs.
After all that largesse, Hillary can’t appear to be throwing Obama under the bus....that’s where Bill comes in.
The Clintons could care less about middle-class health premiums.......they’re in this strictly for themselves.

Our town lost its hospital 2 years ago. Some of the problem was mismanagement. Two hospital systems now have clinics in the town and 1 is building a 3 story building. There is also the county health clinic and a doctor with a clinic. All this in a town of 900. Healthcare is available, only you can’t stay overnight in a bed. I have heard good and bad about the 2 systems that are in other counties, about 25 to 30 miles away. They are building and expanding their hospitals but some call them ‘bed and breakfasts’. So yes, the hospitals we want the most are in the large cities, because then there is access to whatever care is needed at the moment.
