Trumped-Up Outrage

Trumped-Up Outrage

The Left condemns the GOP candidate even as it celebrates crudity and sexual exhibitionism throughout the culture.

Heather Mac Donald

Democrats and their media allies, joined by many Republicans, are calling on Donald Trump to withdraw from the presidential race after a newly released, decade-old tape of a frat-house-level conversation between Trump and television host Billy Bush in 2005, in which Trump boasted of his heavy-handed pursuit of females. Trump describes trying unsuccessfully to seduce a married woman by taking her furniture shopping, speaking in the crudest terms. He brags that because he was a star he could “grab [females] by the pussy” and claims to Bush that he starts kissing beautiful women “like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.” Bush eggs him on: “Whatever you want!” (Bush being a more admiring confidante than Leporello to Don Giovanni).

The response has been swift and apocalyptic. Hillary Clinton tweeted: “This is horrific. We cannot allow this man to become president.” Vice Presidential candidate Tim Kaine told reporters: “It makes me sick to my stomach.” Slate’s science editor wrote that “I feel sicker after seeing it than I can remember feeling in a while.” Another Slate columnist writes that Trump and Bush “can’t see their female colleagues as anything but collections of fuckable or unfuckable body parts. They exhibit a complete disregard for women’s humanity, agency, and internal lives.”

Now why might it be that men regard women as sex objects? Surely the ravenous purchase by females of stiletto heels, push-up bras, butt-hugging mini-skirts, plunging necklines, false eyelashes, hair extensions, breast implants, butt implants, lip implants, and mascara, rouge, and lipstick to the tune of billions a year has nothing to do with it...

I am willing to bet that most of the so-called outraged individuals say pretty much the kinds of talk Trump does in private, if not worse. At this point, I don’t think that all that many Republican voters care anymore. It’s like pulling special tricks at “capture the flag” the other team starts picking up on your patterns and strategies so that they don’t become the magic win they used to be.

Whatever happened to important issues like investigation into Hillarys e-mails and espionage?

The media pukes may want to consider just what it means when we see them not as just biased but AS THE ENEMY. They may want to look at what America once did to our enemies.

WSJ as usual wants Trump to behave as a moderate Republican and lose to Hillary properly. sarc..

Donald Trump Is Starting to Look Like an Independent Candidate

If the GOP nominee wins the election, he would have to generate a lot of popular support around the country to make up for lost party loyalty in Washington

By Gerald F. Seib
Updated Oct. 10, 2016

Travel around the country speaking about the election and you’ll frequently get this question: Can an independent candidate make a serious run for president?

We now essentially have such an independent candidate. His name is Donald Trump.

Allowo me- cynic that I am- to give you my prescription for keeping down blood pressure, rage and the urge to vomit/hit someone during this election: ALL politicians are liars. Politics IS the art of lying, saying what you have to to get elected, schmoozing everyone when you don't like them, being a chameleon for a living. NONE of them are-in private- the same person they show the public. NONE They can't be. Transparency is poison to politics and anyone who really bares their bare sole to the public will be unelectable, because everyone has something about them that will repel some voters;(unless they are a bonafide saint) and that isn't the name of the game.

That being said I am comfortable admitting that all in a pig race are pigs. So it's their pig-vs-our pig. IF Trump is in the same pig pen as Bill Clinton-then I want OUR pig to win. All things being equal-a new pig offers a chance at a different performance at least. So, when Dems and liberals and Clintonistas scream TRUMP IS A DEGENERATE, I scream back: Ok, he's no worse than Bill and he hasn't killed anyone like Hillary, so-better OUR pig than yours!! Ends the argument and the stress for me. I don't love Trump but he gets my vote because those are our choices and I DESPISE all things Clinton. I wish we had another Reagan- we don't. I wish politics wasn't the art of lying- it isn't. I wish the Deplorables would rise up and ACT, no matter the election outcome- I hope!

“You need both a public and a private position”

October 11, 2016 by NEO

I probably don’t need to tell you who said that. But yes, it was Hillary Clinton, in one of her high priced confidential speeches, you know, on Wall Street and such. What she said a bit more fully, is this.

She says, “you need both a public and a private position.” One for public consumption and the other for what you really believe.

Of course he is, and the fact that he is not some full fledged member of the DC “fraternity” means that the frat boys try to sink him in various ways. Look, the way I grew up I got a clear idea that there are decent people out there who don’t share my values, including some who have spoken some things in the locker room. I really don’t care, if the DC frat boys are pissed at Trump and trying to make sure he doesn’t get in there, that’s essentially proof to me that he’s most likely not one of them.

Saints don’t have a chance, because they have to bring up how their stances are good, and you have to fight to get heard. Trump isn’t a good choice for being a Saint, he’s a good choice because in spite of the disruptive moves by HRC, he doesn’t give up, and that’s important if he is supposed to keep a clear head when dealing with Putin and others.

It has been said before that many excellent people refuse to enter politics knowing how they and their families would be savaged by the media and the Left.

Politics is about hypocrisy, more than anything else. Hypocrisy is the tribute that vice pays to virtue. The “puritanical” media is heavily biased to the favor of the rapists and dares to even pile on by threatening those same powerless victims and victimizing them again. The media, as the once defender of the weak and powerless, are derelict in their duty, and instead of challenging the fascist, psychotic tendencies of meglo-maniacal politicians, they have chosen to become their propaganda organ. The Clintons are at the bottom of this inferno, of the destruction of our culture, of the unbinding of the tyrants, of the unraveling of the world - look to the explosion of terrorism, of nuclear threats, of butchering tyrants, of millions of refugees, of weapons of mass destruction, of the millions of illegal aliens, of everyday crime, of the spread of heroin, of the destruction of our police, of the division of our races, of the corruption of the FBI, of the politicization of every government institution, of the falsification of vital intelligence, of the failure to protect our soldiers to serve political ends, of the selling of fetal body parts, of the constant lying and the posturing to gain political power, of personal failure and lack of direction of young people - this is where these two demonic twins live, they destroy everything they touch - they rape, they kill, they make war, they lie - they are a plague on America and the world. The Devil is unleashed.

My standard reply to all who engage me in a political discussion re Trump-vs-Clinton is: ‘ I Want a NEW Pig’.

Indeed, neither of these people are ideal, but then again, you don’t have an ideal person for an option in politics, if you know enough about said person.

"The media is not just biased the media is the enemy."

All those folks working in the media went to the Collages and universities to get their "liberal arts degrees" on how to be good little commies.... One of these days they will pull their collective heads out of their collective butts and look around and say... Man.!! What has happened to our country..??

They will live under the same dictatorship that everyone else lives under....and they WON"T like it....

MHO :(

Historically under a dictatorship the media is among the first to be executed, but they are not big on History.
