I've seen that time and time again. Also, when on the stand in a jury trial and the judge or opposing attorney won't let you answer, turn to the judge or jury and ask if they want to hear what the opposition wants or do they want to hear the truth. That usually straightens them up for a while.
This is all just done to undermine the Trump presidency. You don’t get a recount beginning a month after the election.
I’m at a total loss. I don’t know how this judge can force the state to pay money for a recount, on a whim.
It sounds like state law has a specific rule about a threshold for automatic recounts, and a specific set of rules for privately requested recounts.
And the judge just threw out that law, and decided how the state would spend some of its money...
...to provide redress for a candidate with a less than zero chance of prevailing in any recount.

I've seen that theory floated a lot here at FR. I do not buy it. If Trump were elected by the House because a recount is not finished (not sure that can even happen), it would merely make Stein look like a kook who took voted away from American citizens.
My theory is that the left wants to look at the ballots that left the vote for POTUS blank to see if they can somehow claim that those voters intended to vote for Hillary. This would be disenfranchisement of many voters because it does not take into account the Bernie-bots and Never-Trumpers. However, that's never stopped the left.
Question - If all this is being done under the assumption to rule out alleged hacking and nonsense with the voting machine.... if that is possible, then isn’t it possible that someone could have fabricated enough votes for Hillary to win these 3 States?
