In the case of the military, you’d have to aim directly at the Pentagon, and likely tell them to dismiss 8,000 of the likely 21,000 employees in the building. I don’t think those guys could accept something like that.
Cut them and nonprofits in the name
of repudiating lobbyist efforts. We know Congress critters will not like it...
