There’s a split in authority, Trump doesn’t have to follow ones he disagrees with. He doesn’t have to follow anyone, but now he has an even better excuse.
Well that’s impossible, because all judges should arrive at the same decision on all cases simply by reading the law and then applying it to any given case.
But they don’t... for some strange reason... that I can’t possibly comprehend... because unanswerable judges legislate from the bench... and congress has allowed it, because congress is too cowardly to do a great many things that they would rather hide behind the robes of judges on...

Any judge who blocks President Trump from carrying out his constitutional duties, as legally passed by the US Congress, needs to be dragged into the street and summarily mocked and fired after a one minute trial.
