What's wrong with a visa that creates jobs and puts money in the treasury?

‘Flogs’?

I dunno, is it good diplomatic policy to be poaching China’s best and brightest (and richest) from their own tents?

EB-5 US Visa for sale is traitorous fraud.
Chinese PLA use it to place intel and US policy operatives throughout the US.

This is Not going to MAGA.
BIG CONFLICT OF INTEREST!

RE:”White House senior adviser Jared Kushner. Photo: Evan Vucci

But President Donald Trump’s vow to crack down on immigration, as well as criticism from members of Congress, has led to questions about the future of a program known here as the “golden visa”.

The EB-5 has been extremely popular among rich Chinese who are eager to get their families - and their wealth - out of the country...”

Jared puts Rex sideways with DJT with this. Arabella is being used. I hope this is just more divide and conquer crap from the Left. If true, a problem.

Why do you think it has anything to with China’s best and brightest?

Rich foreigners come here on those Visa’s, start a business and then import labor from “back home” on H1B and other special Visas - Chinese do it, Mexicans do it, Indians do it, Taiwanees do it and many others.

You think only the best and brighest get and have wealth in China?

Delusions. It’s crony capitalism expanded to the immigration Visa broken, and bids up assets that could be bought by resident American businesses and individuals, at less cost were it not for this program.

All Chinese who relocate here are involved in some form of espionage, either full time or on the side. It is demanded of them by their overlords.

What’s wrong with foreign ownership of the United States?

Because they are not donating to the right people and given secrets. 8<)

On top of that, they are not someone who needs a helping hand in life, for life, and thus a devoted Democrat voter.

Can you imagine how long the Democrat Party would last if people worked to eat, clothe and house themselves without the assistance of the government? Not long is the answer, and therefore it is a bad bad idea to promote. 8>)

What’s wrong?

People who had nothing to do with the United States get to come here and enjoy extra-Constitutional rights as a ‘victim minority’.

If you lived in the Bay Area and heard the things they say and do you’d call in the air strike.

One Chinese neighbor had a visitor one day who happened to park his car in my driveway. On the passenger seat he had a list of contacts both in the US and China. The Chinese addresses had entity names like “Institute of Reversal Engineering”. The addresses in the US had names like Intel, Applied Materials, etc.

Industrial spy. Gave the SOB a hard time and told him to get his POS car out of my driveway. He smirked and left.

It’s just invasion and takeover for the goal of plunder.

Related EB-5 stories make the case that Chinese citizens are expected to have loyalty to their home country and communist party gov’t first and foremost:

On Campuses Far From China, Still Under Beijing’s Watchful Eye
(Chinese students organize nationally to protect US policies that China PLA opposes, ie: Free Tibet / Dali Lama recognition -
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/04/us/chinese-students-western-campuses-china-influence.html

Student VISAs and EB-5 US VISA for Sale ($500K property investment) is not only riddled with no job creation / real estate inflation fraud, its actually been inviting thousands of foreign agents within our borders.

Depending on when this breaks, and when it actually happened, it could force the ejection of Jared. China wouldn’t then dare deal with him if he brought enough shame on his father-in-law to be exiled.

We’re selling U.S. permanent residency to Chinese for $500K? That’s the change under the sofa cushions, figuratively.

I could have sworn that I heard, during the campaign, that Red China - are we still allowed to call them that? - is a dishonest economic competitor, if not our “enemy” in the imminent-shooting-war sense. Any clarification on this would be welcome.

Not to mention Chicom spies being given cover jobs and cash to get into the USA. We’re such naïve morons.

I understand the benefit, for Chinese and other foreign nationals, of moving some of their assets and potentially themselves out of their countries of origin. I do not understand how the United States benefits when a Chinese citizen buys himself a condo in San Francisco for a million dollars with a resident visa thrown in.

The country as a whole benefits from a real estate bubble ... how? Yes, I understand that the Chinese investor then pays property taxes, but since most of that is thrown into the locality’s ghastly government school system and its Democrat-donating unions, we’re back to, “How does the U.S. benefit?”
