Betsy DeVos has done more for the black community than most “civil rights” leaders
On Wednesday students at the largely black Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Fla., interrupted a speech by U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos. Some heckled her, while others turned their back. She was supposed to speak for an hour but left after 20 minutes.
This is not the first time DeVos has received a rude reception. Back in February, left-wing protestors channeled their inner Orval Faubuses and prevented her from entering Jefferson Academy in Washington, D.C.
She should have ended her presentation with a GFY.
It’s not “largely black” Bethune, it IS black.
Only idiots go and graduate from there.

Why exactly was she invited to speak? Perhaps addressing Military schools and academies would send a suitable message. After all, they are diverse institutions.
The end of racism in the US will be brought about by the conviction and extermination of Obama for crimes against the people.
Still showing these blacks for what they are......lemmings for the black politicians that have done NOTHING for them and each one of these occasions just prove the point. How stupid!!
True, but where were the administrators when this was going on? Why would Harvard allow a blacks-only graduation ceremony? These administrators are either spineless or have their heads up their butts so far they can see common sense or decency. I hope there is an incredible backlash from their alumni.

Next time DeVos should speak at an all white university. Oh wait, whitey doesn’t have those.
The Pavlovian response is well inculcated in these laboratory test creatures. They have reached the point where the stimulus is almost absolutely minimal, and yet they come on with the full display of the desired behavior.
And somebody WANTED these “students” to do this.
I hope appropriate fees were paid to the researchers and participants.

Actually, racism will end when it stops being profitable for some people.
Bethune-Cookman is a historically black college - maybe not 100% but close.
I would doubt there are many conservatives among its alumni.
You’d still think supposedly-educated people would behave better.
from what I understand, the leadership of the University was not happy with the children’s behaviour. The kids were told to straighten up their demeanor or they would not receive their diplomas that day.
Complete jerks—the kids, that is. I hope Bethune invites Betsy next year, and tells the little ones there will be consequences for nastiness.
And then follows through.
We need not tolerate racist behaviour from white kids OR black kids.
She was invited so they could boo her. The big question is why the heck did she accept the invitation? It was an obvious trap.
BTW, I wouldn’t want to listen to anyone for an hour. Twenty minutes is too long at a graduation. The people are there to see Little Johnny walk across the stage and for nothing else.
Those about to graduate should still be in kindergarten. They never grew up.
Perhaps they should have invited our esteemed former Congresswoman Corinne Brown, to give a rousing talk “How to Be Yo’ Best Self”. Oh wait, she couldn’t have, without ending her talk “Go GATAH”
