Hate, very clearly spelled out. Obviously he will not go to jail. If a White had said the equivalent, but substituting White for Black, and vice versa, he would be fired and jailed.

Ever notice how none of these incendiary f-bombing professors do not teach in Texas universities? One reason may be that students in TX are free to carry guns into the classrooms as long as they have a TX license to carry.
There was weeping and wailing among the Progressive/Communist professors, with hysterical forecasts of blood flowing in the hallways. As expected by sane citizens, there have been NO shootings in TX colleges since this law went into effect last year, as opposed to prior years when there were a few incidents.
