WTH happened to THE AMERICAN PEOPLE helping those in need? Nobody can do it as cheaply and thoroughly as 250 million individuals.

The United States is a nation built on the values of equal opportunity, hard work and self-determination.

2 out of 3 ain’t bad!
Where did you ever get the idea that America was built on equal opportunity? I never had the same opportunity to become a Pro Basketball player that Lebron James had!

But again. If these bodies are rightfully God’s, then God may use whatever way He chooses — including reaching by means of other bodies that are also God’s — and the fault line is healed.

The divorce of Christianity and American “conservatism” is characteristic of fallenness.

I am just always looking for ways to Red Pill folks. One of the last “chats” I had with several libtards they wanted a “guaranteed wage”. I pointed out the first occasion of a gummint paying people for merely “being citizens” that I was aware of was the French paid women to have babies in the early part of the last century because they were worried the Germans were out producing them and the French gummint looked at them as a “national security resource” for their value as future soldiers. I was surprised that was the one line of reasoning they absolutely had no response to. I tried to pry them open a little with pointing out that I supposed if they wanted to make that kind of case, maybe I would consider it. Crickets...

How about God-determination? The fathers loudly proclaimed, No King but Jesus, as they repudiated the British crown. Consider the possibility that God allowed the rise of the secular left we so loathe as a temp spare when God’s spirit went out of our main tire. Instead of beefing about the spare that only goes so fast, refill the main. Simple no?

Isn’t CNBC’s parent company Comcast? Why are people who work for Comcast lecturing anyone on what businesses should do?

Maybe God wants us to morph away from such things.

Would American conservatives hate it if they found God attempting to grant their stated wishes about government welfare?

They are opining.

The real question is whether they will attempt to be sincere and set an example.

If the spirit of God is picking this up, watch for something unusual.

That includes a strong social compact in which government, business and the social (non-profit) sector invest in the well-being of individuals and families and ensure pathways to opportunity and success.

No it doesn't. It includes a strong social compact that you and you alone are responsible for your own life, and that you reap what rewards you sow.

At the most basic level that begins with ensuring access to life's basic needs, including quality, affordable food.

What is it about "You don't work, you don't eat" that you don't understand? The world in which the government -- or the collective of any kind -- is obligated to feed deadbeats and parasites exists only in your socialist imagination.

What budget cuts? Food stamp programs cut? People starving in the streets? Let me guess a Republican is in the WH.

CNBC misinforming people as usual.

It’s won’t not don’t.

Self proud American “conservatives” made the unauthorized bible edit.

It remains royal purple. The wine of God brings joy but will not intoxicate to incapacity.

It is also not difficult to get many with EBT cards to sell the use for fifty cents cash per dollar. Maybe if they used the freebie card for groceries for their own family, they would not be hungry. You see EBT cards used on fast food and snacks daily, real groceries are much more economical.

Despite their best efforts, millions of Americans are struggling to make ends meet. Many people across the country are working two or even three jobs to put food on the tables and keep a roof over their heads.

So why should we be forced to pay for millions who don't want to work?
