A Modest Proposal for Obamacare

Once again it is apparent that the establishment elites have no intention to pass any part of your agenda. Why should they wish to? They are living quite well in DC on their lobbyist moola and government perks. It is time sir you use your bully pulpit to call them out but not in a way that is insulting, rather, in a way that simply exposes them.

I propose that you in the most vigorous way possible challenge, no demand, that Mr. McConnell bring a bill to the floor of the Senate and have it voted on, regardless of the anticipated outcome. The bill will be straightforward and elegant in its effect. It is a bill that amend Obamacare to make congress and its personnell subject to the same provisions of the so called "Affordable Care Act" that we all suffer under.

Senator Schumer and the rest of his party profess their love for Obamacare and, despite staggering electoral losses, tell us everyone loves it now. Fine, then let Senator Schumer and his party affirm that love. Let Senator McCain wage his courageous fight against cancer with an insurance plan obtained in the open marketplace, like the rest of us. Let us see that famous bravery of his on display one last time.

Force the Senate to vote up or down on this bill and if they do not have the courage to, then expose them for who and what they are.

He can Easily Force the issue.

we can SAVE Obamacare, we just need to Fully Implement it and give the Uniparty exactly what they are asking for.

I believe President Trump should Call their Bluff and Force the Issue.

There are about 22 MILLION Public Employee’s Nationwide that are Ineligible for Subsidies, this infusion of New Paying Customers will SAVE OBAMACARE. the SEIU and every other Public Employee UNION fully Endorse Obamacare and have held numerous rallies in support thereof.

Let’s Give them what they want!

I believe our Public Employees deserve the Best Health Care America has to offer, and that is the Official Government Health Care Plan, Obamacare. So why don’t you quit pussyfooting around and Proudly Proclaim your desire to see that ALL Federal Employees receive the Finest, Most Affordable Health Care the US has to offer, OBAMACARE.

All the Money currently wasted on these inferior high priced cadillac plans can be diverted to the Wall.

There is ONLY ONE WAY to make it happen:

Executive Orders or Legislation, the chance of CONgress doing it are the same as OJ Confessing, so I am choosing Executive Orders.

1. All waivers to the Affordable Care act are hereby repealed.

2. There shall be NO funds drawn from the treasury to pay for Health Insurance for ANY Federal Employee except Members of the Armed Services.

3. ALL Federal Employees except members of the US Armed Services, SHALL purchase their own personal and Family Health Insurance from the Affordable Care Exchange in the state they legally reside.

4. There shall be NO Medicaid Reimbursement funds allocated to any State that does not have 100% of their Public Employees enrolled in the Affordable Care Act.

And to make sure it is Bipartisan, President Trump should VETO it every Time and FORCE them to Override his Veto to Repeal this Monstrosity.

Sign these 4 orders and it will be FULLY REPEALED in Less than 30 days.

Make Congress subject to Obamacare and all laws of the land as are citizens (sic. they are not citizens by definition). You, Mr. President can stop funding their madness as you stated you would do in a few months. Should OCare remain after the vote, why wait?

OCare remained Constitutional because the SCOTUS stated it was a Tax Measure, even though the Obama Admin said it was not a tax bill. Accept what the Supreme Court declared, it was a Tax Bill. All Tax Bills must originate in the House, whereas OCare was puked forth by the Senate Elitists.

President Trump, you are the head of 1 Branch of 3 separate but equal branches of Government. Since SCOTUS, another co-equal branch of Government, made a ruling, you can elect to not follow their ruling. A Constitutional crisis; yes, but better than 4 sections of 4 States receiving 43% of all our tax money. The unproductive, for the most part, recipients are draining the taxes of the working folks who cannot afford OCare premiums, nor its copay.

BTW, those areas also advocate majority rule elections because they know there are millions of people in cemeteries waiting to vote Dim.
