The following report consists of facts I believe to be of absolute importance in understanding the Las Vegas massacre; also, in clarifying underlying facts involving the alleged liability of MGM Grand. The first lawsuit has been filed, and it basically alleges fault with MGM Grand, owner of the Mandalay Hotel.. The characters I have pointed out in this report each play an integral role in the incident.
“Call the police, someone is firing a gun up here. Someone is firing a rifle on the 32nd floor down the hallway,” engineer Stephen Schuck can be heard saying on audio tapes released Wednesday by the hotel. Schuck has an amazing testimony, and you can hear it on video in this report.
Schuck is speaking out now, although Jesus Campos is under a gag order. At the same time, MGM Resorts Chief Executive Officer Jim Murren used a public appearance after last week’s massacre at one of his properties to ask convention organizers to stick with Las Vegas. He did not comment on the actual shooting.
Where does the fault lie? Could Stephen Paddock have been stopped? That question will be answered in a court of law soon. There has been so much confusion surrounding the timeline, but I do think with Stephen Schuck coming forward he is bringing clarity to the time he told the Mandalay staff to call the police versus the actual time they did so.

Where is Campos and why hasn’t he appeared in public?
Why is there a gag order? Who imposed the gag order (what judge) and what was the justification?
Why hasn’t he been feted if he is a hero?
Is he even alive?
Things were also a lot cheaper when The Mob ran Vegas.
Campos I believe has a “gag” order due to MGM and his union.

Too bad it is corrupted by so much speculation mascarading as fact.
The mass killer a “deep state operative”? No evidence to that effect has surfaced.
Those sort of allegations taint some of the really interesting facts, such as the call for employees to donate to the SPLC.
The only problem with the law suit is that their justification to file early deals with reports, not facts. It further tries to use the justification that some of the staff had to know which is ludicrous at best. The only way any one of them would have known is if he left everything out the way it was found. It is their job to simply change the linens, towels and vacuum the room in addition to cleaning the bathroom(s). There are only 3300 rooms for them to clean on two different shifts.
It is true that the hotel controls the dissemination of the facts of what exactly went on in and around the shooter for 6 days. They are the ones whom the litigation rests and it is their needs to make sure that only the facts come out in the proper venue without the biases we know are prevalent with what we call the press today.
I have a hard time believing anyone in any city could fire hundreds or however many rounds from a hotel window in the middle of town for an hour without intervention.
The shooter didn't fire "for an hour". more like 10 minutes.

How can a gag order by a union supersede a criminal investigation?
I think this gag order is toward the press, and MGM and his union is enforcing it.
MGM must be seeing a troop of lawyers marching right at them?.

I agree on the question of the staff. If there is anything hotel staff are not to do, it’s to rummage through a guest’s luggage. That’s especially true at a casino hotel where such luggage may well contain thousands of dollars for gambling. As far as weapons are concerned, it’s perfectly legal to possess semi auto hand guns and rifles in NV. For all anyone knew the subhuman could have been there for trading or entirely legal shooting. When I go to a range, I’d have a lot of fun if stopped by a cop here in TN because he might accuse me of being prepared to start WWW III, given all the toys I’m carrying. IOW the subhuman’s luggage was not necessarily something to attract strong attention.
Then imagine this, how do they handle gun shows in Vegas?

He could have requested that his room not be tidied up. It is not mandatory for housekeeping to service every occupied room, regardless of the wishes of the guest occupying a room. So that in itself would preclude them from ever even being in the room.
My surmise is the staff happily, legally, and in accordance with general hotel policy, helped him to move all of his luggage into his room. After all, that’s what hotel staff are there to do, especially for comped guests like him.
