Spot on analysis. For me the dead giveaway will be the announced Salary Cap for 2018. For 2017 it's $167 million per team. I predict a 20% drop for 2018. That'll get the attention of these blockheads.
Am I correct that the salary cap discussion won’t come up til a month after the Super Bowl?
I kinda agree on that logic but I think for 2018...it’ll be just a 10-percent drop (enough to get their attention). I think it’ll trigger more rookies to be picked up out of the draft, and thirty-percent of the guys over age 30 to be given walking papers.
If you were an owner looking for a long-term problem like this....you’d want to discard high-cost people and just settle on marginal performance which could fill the stands with 20,000 dependable fans.
If Trump remains all the way to 2024...the league won’t be around.
One other interesting thing to watch for...end of January...the Pro Bowl. It’ll be held in Orlando. My guess is that they will have to give out at least 15,000 tickets free of charge to local military installations in hopes to fill up the stadium for the game. There’s probably zero profit for the stadium coming out of this.
There's always Women's Beach Volleyball.........
You are most likely correct since most are thugs to begin with.
