Gloria Allred was asked specifically if the writing in the yearbook was a forgery. She would not deny it was a forgery and just kept repeating that she wanted a formal hearing before the Senate prior to the election.

In other words, Allred and her client are both lying about Judge Moore.

Allred should be disbarrred for making up the evidence in order to discredit a former judge.

Beverly Young Nelson accuses Moore of a sexual attack. Then, she goes before him in his court for a divorce preceding...and doesn't recognize him by face or name? Doesn't ask for her case to be moved to another judge because the judge she's before sexually assaulted her?

I did a little reading on forgery statutes in Alabama this morning. Here's the definition. (1) Written instrument. Such term means: a. Any paper, document or other instrument containing written or printed matter or its equivalent; and b. Any token, stamp, seal, badge, trademark or other evidence or symbol of value, right, privilege or identification, which is capable of being used to the advantage or disadvantage of some person. *** Since this is the forging of a signature... in fact, a clear attempt to copy a judge's signature in a manner intended to disadvantage Judge Moore. Such an act is a 4th-degree misdemeanor in Alabama.

I think Freeper Steven W. hit the nail on the head and removed all doubt, when he pointed out the “Roy”, was really a “Ray”, and was intended to rhyme with the word, “say” in the body of the note. The handwriting on those two words was identical. I’m no handwriting expert, but I’ll eat my hat if that is not what happened. Now the only question is, since only the accuser had the yearbook, how did Allcrud get involved? I’m thinking the stepson is right, and his stepmother thought it up all on her own. The only catch is, that Allcrud apparently said the word “Ray” instead of Roy, at one point in the original t.v. accusation. If she wasn’t such a snake, I’d say that was an innocent slip of the tongue, but with her reputation, I wouldn’t bet the farm on that.
