Innocent civilians are at risk from the police. We’ve had egregious examples in recent months. This is how we can fix these broken police policies, and this is why it’s urgent.
-The police receive a report of a crime in progress. The report is a lie. The person on the phone with the police has made about 20 false reports. The police arrive at your home. It is the middle of the night and you hear yelling from outside. You walk outside to see what is going on. Voices from the darkness say they are the police. Multiple police officers give commands. The police are approximately 35 yards from you. You can’t see them or the police cars. All you see are bright lights and you hear voices. One policeman loses sight of one of your hands. Since you might be going for a weapon, you’re shot dead by police. This happened in Kansas.
-You hear a knock at the door in the middle of the night. You aren’t expecting anyone. You are a law abiding gun owner without a criminal record. You walk to the door armed. That is what self-defense experts, and even some police officers, suggest you do in this situation. A policeman sees you through the sidelights. He is outside your home and you are inside. The policeman sees your gun and shoots you dead. You never made it to the door. This happened in Florida.
These and similar incidents illustrate a dangerous pattern. The police treat possible threats as lethal threats. They then kill unarmed and innocent civilians without warning. The murder is often preceded by a lethal game of simon-says where the police issue commands until the innocent civilian makes a mistake and is killed. In several fatal examples, there were no actual threats

The person the police are pointing guns at can chose to follow one command, and be shot by one of the officer issuing a contradictory command.
Well just realize the new breed of cops who are too anxious to shoot somebody. They’re experts at justifying, their commanders are experts on befuddling the narratives and the courts are just too easy on occupational immunity.
How long will it be till we start seeing a rash of fake cop invasions, like when real terrorism comes to the U.S. When muslims stake out their territory and put up makeshift road blocks, create very hostile no-go zones for police and then demand autonomy.
Watch the events in Europe. That’s how we’ll go if we globalize on European/Islam terms. If we do go globalization I hope we’re the ones doing the globalization.
In my neighborhood, the police advice is to not answer the door if you don’t know in advance who is on the other side. Of course, they would say that doesn’t apply to them, but I never answer the door if the visit is not planned in advance.

I read an article several years ago about a series of drug killings where the killers wore jackets emblazoned with DEA or FBI. Their victims surrendered and were executed. (I could not find this article. Do a search and you’ll see why.)
But this tactic is not new. Capone’s shooters in the Valentine’s day massacre pretended to be cops. They made the victims line up against the wall and the executioners shot them with Thompson machine guns.
A friend worked for a company that built police equipment. The salesman had a complete police car that showcased the equipment. He was caught pretending to be a cop by pulling over a detective.
When our society was less diverse, we had fewer of these problems. Less overall crime, easier communication, higher social trust and cohesion, and higher standards for police (and everything else). We now have inferior cops policing an inferior populace.
It’s all just a manifestation of the utter contemptfor and dehumanization of everyone other than fellow police. That coupled with the general low IQ and other recruitment standards for new police. Throw in training and protocolst that emphasize an “us vs them” hyper aggressive approach to LE. Finally, never forget that police are the street muscle for corrupt organiztions known as government.No chance for justice under these circumstances unless caught on video and even at that they usually skate ie Betty Shelby, and that murderer in Mesa, AZ.
If you ever watched COPS you will see this often.
Whenever there are two or more officers at the scene they would often give conflicting orders.
I would think at minimum there should be a procedure where one officers states they will be giving the orders.
A simple thing could save lives.
It’s not the cop. It’s the SOP. They are told to do these things, told that we are the enemy.. basically.
I watched the Mesa video.
It was murder.
I will not play Simon says games for me.
When cops are a bunch scared girls, with no more restraint than a frightened girl and no more shame than a scared girl, that’s it. There is no fix for that. It is cultural.
This is done intentionally to confuse and disorient the subject..........
People need to learn to ignore what the cops tell you to do if their commands threaten you legally or physically in any way. For example, don’t ever answer any questions a cop asks you without an attorney present. Ever! Just keep your effin mouth shut and continually demand that an attorney be summoned. Similarly, if you’re confronted with armed cops ready to shoot you down, just stand totally still with your hands interlocked on the top of your head and don’t move a frikkin muscle, and continually demand that an attorney be summoned. Yeah, you’re in a compromising position, but if you demand that an attorney be present, any altercation that happens will be their fault and not yours and will likely be captured on film, to the cops detriment after the fact. Don’t follow their bullshiite orders to “do this” or “do that” or do a GD thing, if you don’t want to take a dirt nap. Just stay still and stay frosty.
Irregardless of commands spoken,
1. Raise your arms fully above your head, fingers spread,
2. Kneel.
3. If possible, with your arms still extended, go to the prone position.
4. Say nothing and ignore all the shouting. Stay Prone and silent until you are cuffed.
5. Remember as many names as possible. Make no effort to explain the error. The only words from your mouth is to your lawyer.
6. Pick a nice place for this year's vacation.
I am NOT law enforcement. But I offer this advice based on the various situations I have seen where bodycams are used.
If true, it is wrong.
Cops are amateurs interested in nothing but their paychecks, side jobs and pensions. “To protect and to serve” has become a joke.
Remind anyone of the shooting of West Point graduate Eric Scott outside the Costco in Las Vegas by a bunch of jackboots from Las Vegas Metro?
A large majority of conservatives choose to side with the police state against the American people after 9/11. They threw away the entire tradition of conservative defense of liberty overnight. That is what brought us to this point.
That was one bad one, the other was the poor drunk guy in the hotel.
