Peering Into Hate – Lawsuit Alleged Discrimination Against White Men and Conservatives By Google.

Please refer to my previous article on the Southern Poverty Law Center at http://investmentwatchblog.com/how-do-those-targeted-by-the-southern-poverty-law-center-survive-the-persecution/

In the above article, I ask the question how those targeted by the Southern Poverty Law Center as “hate” groups survive that persecution? It is a question which I find perplexing and horrifying at the same time. The SPLC has been assigned by Google to censor those groups it considers to be “hate” groups. The decision is at the SPLC’s discretion, while being given free reign of censorship by Google, who owns YouTube and basically the Internet.

The most horrifying aspect of this censorship is the SPLC protects groups such as Black Lives Matter, while labeling Conservative groups such as the Alt-Right as a “hate”group. In my opinion, the Southern Poverty Law Center could be labeled a “hate” group – however, who would have the power to “judge” the SPLC? For that matter, who would have the power to judge Google?

I heard Laura Ingraham say, a while back, that the SPLC has her listed as a terrorist.

Morris Dees should be in prison.

How far could we be from seeing a similar declaration on the SPLC?

“Discrimination Against White Men and Conservatives By Google”

Imagine how many other American businesses are doing this sort of thing.

The SPLC is probably the most egregious hate group in America. They have long deliberately smeared patriots, in a pattern demonstrated by their own terminology. Google has a right to whatever opinions the management may have, but when it entrusts it decision making to a group with such obvious malicious intent, they invite litigation from the victims of that collaboration.

I suspect that it is only a matter of time until some Court finds that the deliberate attempt to smear by implication amounts to a new form of constructive defamation, which considering Google's position in the market could lead to damages of incredible magnitude.

Here is one piece that deals with the SPLC: Bigot In The Argument.

Here is a recent piece about the "objectivity" of reasoning processes at Google: Absurdity At Google. They are shooting their credibility in the foot.

I should point out that the article Absurdity At Google, linked above in my earlier posting, referred specifically to the Damore firing--which is discussed in the original thread article, here.
