The real question is, why would Rutgers throw away $25,000 for a screech from a decomposing grifter, who can’t walk and...walk at the same time? $25K for an hour (3 minutes to be realistic) of HRC moving up and especially down a high, steep, uneven staircase with no handrails — now that might be a prudent use of funds.
