An EO is not a law therefore the judge has no standing to rule that another President can’t get rid of it. The judge is overstepping his authority and should be impeached.

How on earth can you put up with all this garbage? I imagine it’s something you go through daily and it would drive “us normal beings” batty!!!! I can’t stand irritating phone calls with people who don’t do as they should or as they say, much less the back and forth with something like this...More power to you - I guess!!!!
There are two possibilities:
1. Obama’s executive order was a legal exercise of Presidential powers. If that is true, Trump’s executive order reversing it is also a legal exercise of Presidential powers.
2. Obama’s executive order was not a legal exercise of Presidential powers. In that case, Trump’s EO reversing it might be illegal. But in that case, DACA is already illegal and has to fall.
Simply refuse. A court has no enforcement capability. That is an EXECUTIVE function.
It is either a Soros/Obama connection or this guy is Catholic and is following orders from the corrupt US Catholic Bishops... The Catholic Charities are keeping their treasury filled off US taxpayers for their human trafficking scam. IF this judge is a Catholic, that alone is grounds to force a recusal out of him.
Easy solution to the problem. The Executive Branch should just ignore the ruling and tell the judge to enforce it.
