Good question. The CIA Clancy wrote about died long ago with PC and Bill Clinton. They have been wrong so many times, 911, WMD’s in Iraq, etc... with no consequences to their continue screw ups.
She has a long way to go to convince me they are not as corrupt and incompetent today as they were two or ten years ago. Fifteen years ago I never thought I would have such a low opinion of federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
