In the aftermath of the historic summit with Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un, a feat no other president could accomplish, its time to look at why the president is so effective and where his talent truly comes from. He is far from ordinary and not your standard president. Proving the left and the media wrong time and time again, it is important for us to take an objective look at what makes the Donald so savvy in his new role as leader of the free world.
Scott Adams is the creator of the Dilbert comics and author of several nonfiction works. He worked his way up in the corporate world before turning to comic books and writing. Yet, in recent years, he has jumped into the realm of political commentary.
Heres his head-scratching but somewhat refreshing political points of view. Before the 2008 election, he said, On social issues, I lean Libertarian, minus the crazy stuff. But in December 2011, he said hed do whatever Bill Clinton advised him to do because that would lead to policies that are a sensible middle ground. And yet, he has also said he is to the left of Bernie Sanders. To make things even more perplexing, he endorsed Mitt Romney for president in 2012 though he did not agree with him on most topics.

Anyone who has not read Scott Adams’ books “How to fail at (almost) everything annd succeed” and “Win Bigly”, or listened to his daily periscopes for the past 2 years has missed his biggest learning opportunity in decades.
I didn’t think that it was likely after 5+ decades of life experience there was much new that I could learn when I started following him in mid-2016.
Boy was I wrong. Not only has Adams given me a new “filter” (as he calls it) for evaluating (and accurately predicting) reality, he’s helped me make sense - in retrospect - of decades of seemingly puzzling contradictory stuff events and basic human nature that I observed in the political world since being an enthusiastic young Reaganite in the 1980s ....
Here is a summary extract of the article’s points:
Trump has one of the best talent stacks youll see in existence today. His combination of skills is nearly unmatched.
He has an uncanny ability to persuade a wide swath of the population and hold anyones attention, which are quite pertinent traits to possess in the world of politics.
Heres a breakdown of his talent stack:
PUBLICITY
REPUTATION
STRATEGY
NEGOTIATING
PERSUASION
PUBLIC SPEAKING
SENSE OF HUMOR
QUICK ON HIS FEET
THICK-SKINNED
HIGH ENERGY
SIZE AND APPEARANCE
Trumps talent stack. He won because of his talent stack and his exceptional persuasion abilities.

“People who don’t understand the tools of persuasion walk around puzzled all of the time” - Scott Adams
This is LITERALLY true. Trust me on this. It described me until I started following Adams. It describes the vast majority of people in the world.
“You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.”
You have the links. What you choose to do with them is entirely up to you. (Kind of like life).
Trump wins because he thinks deeply and loves bigly. I got on train way early because of policy. Did not give a shi+ about list.
Scott Adams’ insights on the topics of the days, are often very good.
“The list” merely explains HOW POTUS Trump wins.
You can have 100% rock-ribbed conservative policy positions but if you have no persuasion skills (think of an imaginary politician named, for example “Scott Walker” ;>) - you will lose.
I was on board w/ POTUS Trump since he forced The Marxist to reveal his birth certificate after 3 years of no one else being able to do so.
I wanted him because HE FIGHTS. His persuasion skills, however, explain why he won. Everything he does is calculated to persuade. EVERYTHING.
Adams only explained the “why” and “how”. Adams himself is as apolitical issue-wise as anyone today can get. He just believed that POTUS Trump had the skills to create a new mindset and a new prosperity, saw the country needed that, and got on board.
True that!
