Not quite right, if I understand the planned action. Minors accompanying their invading parents will be held WITH THE PARENTS, as I understand the intent of the EO.
It will be challenged in court, but the President is not re-instituting catch-and-release like Obama did.

Yes, it is planned, and MSM, including FOX, have been hysterically promoting this Soros plan. It is why my family stopped watching FOX.
