MREs might be too rich for North Koreans … even the better fed soldiers, since they are used to so little. They’d get the trots for sure.
That is an easily solvable problem. First MRE’s: Rice and Kimchi with a tiny bit of meat. Include deworming meds and instructions on use. Also an instruction sheet explaining if they start by eating to much they will poop themselves. Slowly richen up the MRE’s air dropped. Include a thumb drive with the video shown to Kim and broadcast by NORK media.
End it with a Trump statement that so far as far as we can see your leader has chosen wisely. This is meant as a token gift to him and to you.

The soldiers aren’t fed any better then the civilians. Remember the guy who deserted? He had an eight inch tape worm in him. The NK Army gets by on a meager ration of potatoes and raw corn kernels. The average North Korean soldier is smaller in stature and weight then his South Korean counter part. Things are much worse in the North then Western media shows.
