Well she passed a polygraph test. Most police officers will tell you that even right after an event witness statements are going to vary and the quality of memory will fade over time. There is no way to say whether she remembers what she thinks she does or if maybe she believes it was Kavanaugh because she wants to believe it was him.

The only evidence we have is that she isn’t intentionally lying, and that Kavanaugh himself has been a man of stellar character throughout his adult life. An honest person would give him the benefit of the doubt because this is a 36ish-year-old memory of a man that by her own admission, she never once had contact with after the alleged attack.

“She passed a lie detector test”

We don’t know that.

Her attorney claims that she supposedly passed an unknown test given by an unknown person.

Her attorney has refused to provide ANY information about the supposed test. She refuses to say what questions were asked, what the responses were, which of her replies were said to be truthful what were the machine sttings and readings or who administered the test.

Polygraph tests are never certain proof. At best they are only statistically probable if administered correctly.

Without showing the actual results and knowing the circumstances, a lie detector test means absolutely nothing.

I seriously doubt she actually took a real lie detector test. I think the lawyer is at best being deceitful and more likely simply lying.

“Well she passed a polygraph test....

... The only evidence we have is that she isn’t intentionally lying...”
****************************
And you “know” this how? Because a lawyer working with her says so? What question(s) was/were on this purported examination (as specified by the “subject”) by a paid “expert”?

And you’ve now concluded that you have “evidence” to support her thought processes.

Please don’t construe this post as an attack on you — it’s not. I just don’t like to see any of us givin ANY credence to this Agendanista’s allegation.

“Well she passed a polygraph test”

So have I. It means nothing because polygraphs measure stress, they don’t identify lies.

It’s up to the operator to ‘interpret’ what your reactions, if any, mean.

And in her case the polygraph was administered by her Trump hating lawyer’s team, hardly a neutral party.

And someone who’s nuts, which may well apply to her, is capable of believing that their fantasies are true.

How do we know that she isn’t intentionally lying?
