It may be a bump, but it’s not a stock. It’s an ammo wasting toy that one can make easily, or learn to Bump-fire without the item. It’s not a gun, or even a gun part.
Doing away with it does not infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.
Those who think it does so infringe can go to court and see if they get anywhere.

Total flaw in the new regulation is the rule states that “a bump-stock-type device is attached is able to produce
automatic fire with a single pull of the trigger”. Not so it allows the recoil if the firearm to move thereby causing a single pull of the trigger with the finger remaining stationary. The recoil is the stickler but it still requires the finger to be in place to initiate the trigger pull. Not that I could care less about a bump stock but the GCA is clear and they are attempting to rewrite it without legislation. Better buy stock in suspender companies because belt loops are the next to be banned.
On a side note I know a fellow who has twin hooks from an accident years ago. He can take a standard semiauto and turn it into a rock and roller in a jiffy with those hooks. Guess he will have to go hookless if they figure that out.
Basically, the BATFE is more on our side than Donald Trump is. Process that for a minute, and appreciate how thoroughly we have been betrayed

Somebody needs to pay for something...but those who abandon Trump over bump stock are idiots and one of the reasons we have a Congress full of RINOs - they make a lot of noise and then do the most damage to the cause as possible.....and most of them want everything their way, they want it now, and they want someone else to do the heavy lifting for them....like the illegals who demand a cut of our taxes, the biggest whiners invest nothing of themselves while exhorting others to do it all.
