I take selenium and I just started taking copper.

I’ve been on copper for about three weeks now and I’m finally not freezing to death at night.

I was having to wear a turtleneck, fleece pants, a very thick bathrobe with a hood on it that I always used, socks, slippers and gloves and my feet and hands still felt like ice and I couldn’t get warm.

I don’t live in freaking North Dakota, I live in the SF Bay Area for crying out loud.

Anyway, since I’m finally feeling normal again I might cut the copper dose in half or take every other day so I don’t get too much.

Copper is another one of those things that they don’t want you to take that fixes a bunch of stuff.

I tried taking iodine for a while and I felt great but after a while I felt like it was too much. Got kind of hyper. Endo said not to take it so I quit but I feel like I might need some of that too. I was going to lower the amount I was taking but I’m trying to be a model prisoner so I can get my meds.

you have to take iodine with selenium and vice versa. your issue is most likely detox so drop an 1/8 tsp of good salt (I like Redmond’s real salt) on your tongue, let it dissolve for 30 seconds or so then drink a big glass of water. If the symptom goes away almost immediately, it was detox. It’s also crucial to take alot of vitamin c and mag as those open the detox pathways.
