Good luck with keto .... it’s a great journey! I’ve been doing it (along with intermittent fasting) since May of last year - 50lbs down & 15-20 to go. No more heartburn, no more IBS, Type 2 avoided, no more blood sugar ‘crashes’. Feel great!

Wow! Good for you. The more I learned about Keto, I thought this is for me! Most of the recommended foods I already eat. Just need to reorganize, intermittent fast and MEAL PREP!

Without eating any processed carbs or sugar, and 1/2 c fruit a day max, you sometimes actually lose too much weight. I try to get in Extra calories some days. My weight is where I want it but low carb its nesrly impossible to gain too much weight. And with no sugar, there are no food cravings, just genuine hungers.
