A woman named Lizz Adams from Los Angeles, CA, sparked a debate about dating short and tall guys when she posted a photo of her king of a husband who is just 55 (165 cm), while she towers over him in the pic. However, she and her husband were of the opinion that tall guys are simply bad people.
She wrote in here tweet: Happily married to my 55 king for 8 years while yall are getting ghosted by 62 alcoholics with 7th grade reading levels but go off about how you only date tall men I guess.
A lot of Twitter users posted photos of them and their shorter partners, while others pointed out the obvious fact that theres no objective relation between your height and your character.
I guess this is a thread where you gotta use the / sarc label.
robert dinero and tom cruise would be very stylish
My wife is 410 and I am 64
Been happily married for 8 years
It also helps that the car has automatic seat settings so it adjusts depending on who is driving it.
But it is startling how a group of men submit to the perceived power of an alpha male, who is often the dumbest rock in the box. The average IQ of a group of men can be pretty low.
Corporate companies often assign power based upon taller height. Those that do, are called a dysfunctional organization because they just mimic dysfunctional families those employees were hired from........Which is why we are so F’d up in this country. I always read about politicians “he was REALLY tall”. Bill Clinton, GWH Bush, etc. Incompetent, backstabbing but TALL. SF troopers are generally smaller but most military officers are tall. Guess who I trusted the most?
My niece is 6’, any nice, tall, Christian, conservative, young guys in your tribe?
I’m 5’-1” and Beau is 6’-3”
You’re right about the nostril gazing, but when we’re getting down to business, the horizontal eye-gazing works out just fine. ;)
We’re well past the age of babies, but if I survived the birth, it would be one d@mn adorable kid! :)
“Youre right about the nostril gazing, but when were getting down to business, the horizontal eye-gazing works out just fine. ;)”
Yep
Babies size determined by Moms hips? I beg to differ. All 3 of my girls were over 8 pounds, the last being 9lbs 6oz. I’m 5’ even and small hips, all born naturally. God in his infinite wisdom allows womens hip to soften and open for birth.
Hey boss! The plane, the plane!
I read one of these women said her husband “was the least disappointing man” she’d ever known...Girl sure knows how to boost a guy’s ego and craft a compliment...
Nope, haven’t peeked yet. Just enjoying all the wonderful comments on the thread.
OK, so I had to go look. It’s a nice pic, but all the reader comments and their photos below are really heart-warming. There’s hope for the world yet!
I'm 5'2" and, as a young woman, preferred men just a little bit taller than I was. But, those shorter guys tended to prefer taller girls, and I was asked out by tall men (6' and over). Bottom line: Don't rule out someone based on height.
BTW, the kids tend to be a little bit taller than halfway between your two heights. Two of my sons are not happy about that, but, oh, well, guys, I have no control over my genes. lol
Who freaking cares if he is short and she is tall.
Her problem is obvious here.....
“She wrote in here tweet: Happily married to my 55 king for 8 years while yall are getting ghosted by 62 alcoholics with 7th grade reading levels but go off about how you only date tall men I guess.”
She must be too tall for sufficient oxygen to get to her brain.
Sorry, I thought you were complaining. :)
I was just commenting on the irony of a post about a photo that didn’t include that photo. It seemed laughable.
Why does anyone care about the relative heights of anybody else and their spouse?
Social media is just the dumbest thing!
