First, Walt would be the oldest man alive at 118 years old, and very likely not involved in the company at all. Nor do I think he'd be stupid enough to have bought Columbia pictures who is making this film.
If it looks male, and it is not supposed to confuse children, then why call it a godmother? Children should be associated with that which they can understand. I doubt if hardly any have a male in their family of nursery rhymes masquerading as a woman. By wearing a dress and being identified as a godmother, it will confuse children in something they are not experienced enough to understand. It will do far more harm than good. But this is not Walt’s Disney.

Hopefully it doesn’t make it that far.
Probably straight to video.
They will then sell it to Elementary Schools and they will show it to the kids as an Educational film.
Straight to DVD that is.
I hope they spend hundreds of millions of dollars making it.
‘Cause they ain’t getting it back.
I’m well aware of how old he would be. But when we assume a passed person’s theories on life and society, we apply what that person stood for, not what his world morphed into.
The normally affable Walt could quickly become contentious when his values came into debate. He drove the overall moral tone of Disney entertainment with an iron will. The door was open for technical and creative innovation, but heaven help the poor Disney employee who let their moral guard slip, even for an instant.
Its wasn’t until 2000 that Disney Park employees were allowed to have a beard, a mustache (ironic, considering Walt himself sported one) or sideburns. Walt felt facial hair detracted from the clean, wholesome image he wanted to maintain in his parks. And the classic Disney films each strove to be more than entertainment they each carried a strong moral message, usually about the value of a strong family unit. This one doesn’t even come close.
Whether or not you agreed with Walts highly idealistic views, you had to admire the ardor with which he defended them. Walt felt that a corporation without real values was a soulless organization without direction. In this case, I have to agree. They are now a money hungry group of thoughtless, immoral people that worship the dollar and what their surroundings generate rather than Walt’s message formulated from his history and upbringing. One that was loved by all. Is this one? I don’t think so if they are driving people away with and for a political stance.

You cannot start the brainwashing early enough.
Columbia pictures is the creator of this production. The image showing Walt Disney’s Cinderella is incorrect, it is NOT a Disney product.
As for what Walt would be throwing a fit over? No smoking in the parks, security stations searching people, unions in his parks, etc far more strongly than some guy wearing a dress. He’d probably find that funny.
“I stopped going to movies long ago due to the endless crap
like this.”
Lot of good, family conservative movies out there and we need to support them.
Midway, 1917, Ford Vs Ferarri are all excellent without any liberal agenda.
This ain’t nothing new... They’ve been making porn movies for years...
I think it would be called a fairy “godthing”..not a “godmother”!
I guess that would make it a Fairy Faggot Mother?
A Fairy Godfather?
I always remember the annual showing of Cinderella when I was a kid. Leslie Ann Warren was so beautiful.
They got the Fairy part right.
Yikes! A “woke” remake of a Disney movie that we CAN’T blame on Disney itself this time! Cinderella is being made by Columbia Pictures and Sony. All these Hollywood studios are infected with the SJW virus!
Profoundly ignorant. This will not fly. A black Prince would be completely acceptable. A queer godmother doing magic is demonic.
Yep, being prepped and groomed for assault by paedophiles. Sickening. This would not be happening if there weren”t so many ignorant ass parents, the same morons who take their kids to the library to be groomed by drag queens {freaks}
That was actually a pretty good picture.
Just when you thought Hollywood couldn’t get more gross and grotesque, they again excel in presenting the repulsive.
