That said I don’t think the plaintiffs have a snowball’s chance of winning this thing. The statements in question were said during the opinion section of FOX. I can voice an opinion that humans can fly by jumping off a tall building and flapping their arms really hard. That doesn’t mean I’m responsible for what happens to anyone stupid enough to actually try that.
You and your friends in the mainstream media would be prime targets for lawsuits when it comes to misleading viewers.
