That is true, but he keeps naming obvious scum.

Look at this bit on his latest NSA, named in September (from wikipedia):

“In October 2011, O’Brien was named to Mitt Romney’s advisory team as Co-Chair of the International Organizations Work Group.[15]

Later, in May 2015, he became an adviser on foreign policy and national security affairs for Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s presidential campaign.[16][17] After Walker left the race, O’Brien advised Ted Cruz’s campaign.[17] During the time he advised Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign, he claimed: “It’s clear that Vladimir Putin just doesn’t like [Hillary Clinton], and is going to do what he can to help Donald Trump.”[18]”

Meh...holding foreign policy advisory positions with GOP Presidential candidates in no way disqualifies Robert O'Brien from his role as NSA, anymore than his pedestrian observation that 'Putin prefers Trump to Clinton' while advising Trump campaign rival Ted Cruz does.

O'Brien is way too busy cleaning house at the rat infested NSC to stab Trump in the back.
