This incident recently happened in Albuquerque.
The Guardian just published this article, which has the following headline and subheadline: (the bolding is mine)
“Armed vigilantes under scrutiny after statue protester shot in New Mexico”
“Armed militia members were out in force at demonstration when a protester was shot as he tried to bring down conquistador statue”
The article states:
“Steven Ray Baca, 31, shot a protester as he and others attempted to bring down a statue”
That’s not what happened.
The guy who got shot was not “trying to bring down a statue.”
Instead, the guy who got shot was trying to commit murder.
The shooting was self defense.
The shooter had just been assaulted by several members of Antifa. They beat him. They hit him with a skateboard. They knocked him down to the ground. They verbally threatened to kill him. And they were about to stab him with two knives.

It’s very clear that the shooting was in self defense.
And it’s also very clear that the person who got shot was not “trying to bring down a statue.”
If this is the video I saw, the mob chased him and chanting “kill the cop, kill the cop.”
Then a guy chasing him wrestles him to the ground and said “we are going to kill you!”
Shortly thereafter the guy shoots the attacker and the mob ran away screaming (sounding like a little girl), saying “run away, run, run, run!”
Then the mob blows their stinking little whistles to summon the police.
Not according Jerry Rivers. Two nights in a row on Hannity. Jerry Rivers says it’s a clear case of 2nd-degree murder because the shots were in the back.
The fact that the guy was running away, suddenly turned and fired the stun-gun at the cop and the cop fired at him but in the split second it took to fire the shots the man had turned to run and the shots were in the back, not intentionally but, circumstantially, is irrelevant to Leftists like that guy. In fact, a black police chief in Georgia stated that the shooting was perfectly legal under the rules in effect in the state. The DA prosecuting is a Leftist. Allegedly, his campaign was funded in part by Soros.

And we have one more example of fake news. The Guardian is famous for that.
You’re right. New Mexico was the “protester” that slammed the skateboard over the guy’s face and was shot. They’re all starting to run together!

Record them for the future.
Record their lies, incident by incident.
So they can face New Nuremberg Trials after **The Constitutional Reformation** —

It’s not a knife in his left hand, it’s glasses. Right hand could be a knife but it’s not visible.
