Sullivan must dismiss the case as soon as the Circuit Court issues the mandate that was decided by the 3-judge panel. Normally that happens after the Courts decides that it will not grant an en banc hearing. The time for requesting an en banc hearing should have expired on July 4, but the deadline may have been extended due to the holiday.

I haven’t seen anything from the Court since Monday, so who knows what will happen next.

Sullivan is more afraid of the Deep State than three judges.

There is dirt on Sullivan and his son. His son was involved in a criminal incident and being Sullivan’s son, it went away.

It is a bit weird that he was supposed to dismiss it last week and they file this stuff today. Surely they have been collecting these materials for more than a few days.

So what gives? If they thought he was going to close the case they wouldn’t have prepared this filing.

I think it’s about time that Flynn and his lawyers just stop showing up to Sullivan’s hearings. Let’s see if Sullivan will issue a bench warrant to try to force them to attend proceedings that a higher court has already ordered to be stopped. Force his hand.

Michael Sherwin, the acting U.S. attorney in the nation’s capital, said Tuesday that the documents handed over to Flynn’s defense team included handwritten notes from Strzok taken at a meeting on Jan. 25, 2017; notes from former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tashina Gauhar at the same meeting; an internal DOJ document dated Jan. 30, 2017; and handwritten notes from then-acting Attorney General Dana Boente which were dated March 30, 2017. The notes remain sealed by the court.

So we know the documents exist and have been given to Flynn's attorneys, and we know who wrote the notes that are featured in them and when they were written, but they're still sealed by the court so we don't know specifics.
