Don’t disagree with that but the trust bar is very low.

A governor can halt an investigation, but it is highly unusual and the governor may not want to go there—it is a risky move.

The actions of the FBI become understandable once you accept they are criminal in nature with a facade of virtue, entirely undeserved.

That’s fine.Give it to the state police. But Guiliani does not want the Hunter Biden porn with underage girls side of this story to bury the lead that Joe has been on the take thru Hunter as bagman throughout his political career. He has 14 days to focus on Biden is bought and paid for by China and others part of this story. Give the photos to the National Enquirer AFTER Trump wins the election, not before.

The FBI had this for a year. The FBI agent whose name is on the warrant appears to be their lead child pornography investigator. If they reviewed this hard drive and saw the filth involving Hunter posted on it, why did they take a year while doing absolutely nothing? Far worse than incompetence on the part of a very incompetent federal policy agency.

You’re right. It was that close. To me, those two days felt like two weeks.

Delaware police? What a fuster-cluck. A competent FBI would have sorted out this mess days ago. Rudy trickling out findings and developments is pathetic. At this rate, we’ll all be dead by the time there could have been a trial.

Wrong. If it wasn’t for Rudy they wouldn’t have done anything. FBI had all this info months ago!!!

Wasn’t Hunter’s brother Beau (R.I.P., & I thank him for his service) the Delaware AG when Hunter did this? The whole state is run by a few mob-like families.

And shows a systemic bias for a Swamp Creature. Bad optics, at this point.

When I was teaching and we confiscated a kid’s phone (parents had to come and pick it up), we were told to have him or her turn it off before giving it to us. The thinking was that if the kid’s 15-year-old girlfriend sexted him a naked picture of herself, it could be claimed we were an adult in possession of child pornography. It was a bit surreal; if under 18 he couldn’t be charged, nor could his girlfriend who produced and distributed it. But any adult...

Now, I never heard of any teacher being prosecuted under these circumstances, but that’s how we had to deal with it. No school adult would turn on that phone. Also, to be fair, what was on the phone was none of our business.

If the texts are what they say, then Joe is guilty of covering up his son’s criminal behavior and loses his #metoo Hollywood support.

Then the wheels come completely off.

If the identities of the children are unknown, I can only assume they must appear extremely young for someone to assert with a great degree of confidence that they are underage. I notice the young women used on To Catch a Predator are adults but appear to be in their very early teens or, in some cases, even pre-teen.

Yeah, so put Wray in an “undisclosed office” for safe keeping, and assign another FBI leader to do his job.

The state was run by the Bidens, but that was a long time ago...I would not assume anything about what is happening there now.

The new folks in charge may hate the Bidens and want them to shuffle off the stage.

Wray should be detailed to North Korea—cultural exchange, ya know...
