These are Republican leaders in the Pennsylvania House. Maybe their colleagues there will have the guts to stop the steal and appoint new electors for the Electoral College. This, of course, will depend on the Supreme Court decision. Otherwise, these cowards will back down, violate their oath of office, and continue to betray the voters of Pennsylvania of whom I am one.
This is a miserable Christmas for my family. Our depression is almost overwhelming as we face the possibility that Joe Biden and his socialist cronies will defeat President Trump.
My ancestors fought in the Revolutionary War for Pennsylvania. One, a captain in a frontier militia in western Pennsylvania, was captured by Indians and sold as a prisoner to the British at the outbreak of the Revolution. He spent a year in a British prison in Canada. When he was finally released he made his way back to Pennsylvania on foot eating a dog along the way to survive. When he got back to his family in Franklin County, he joined the Continental Army to continue the fight.
While he was a prisoner, his wife gave birth to one child and buried another who had died of smallpox. She was alone in a cabin on the frontier with her children, threatened constantly by Indian attacks, until her family came from Franklin County to take her back home with them.
She and her husband would be appalled at what the scum in Pennsylvania government are doing. They are cowards. I despise them all.

Not sure how familiar you are with where we are in the biblical time line, but I can tell you God is not quite finished with Trump yet... thats why I know he will have a 2nd term... but after that, all bets are off.... it’s Trib Time I think in 2025.

Well that somewhat precludes SCOTUS declaring that the legislatures didn't act to stop the election rule changing so therfore they implicitly endorsed them. If the legislature is joining a suit alleging that their rights / duties were usurped how can it be argued that they were on board with it?
Exactly, they are covering themselves, they want the endorsement of SCOTUS before taking the politically unsettling step of VOIDING the November 3 (or 4th or 5th 10th or whatever it was) election, and directly choosing the electors.
They want to be able to say, “Hey, SCOTUS said this is legitimate.”. They may be Republicans but also are politicians, remember, they’re likely worried about re-election.
But while the Legislature is supposed to be the ultimate determiner of who the electors are, they had no capacity to enforce their laws. The Executive and Judicial branches prevented the legislature’s methodological directives from being carried out.
The Legislature wanted to incorporate the tradition of an honest vote of the people in determining electors, the rogue Executive and Judicial branches corrupted that possibility in violation of the US Constitution.

Pennsylvania AG and Supreme Court apparently failed to file any objecting brief to the TexasPLUS lawsuit!
If this fails I have a great incentive to move to Telinga, Texas of what I am most familiar. It is mostly hippies turned into libertarians. I can live with this.
Oddly in this community guns are just normal. Crimes with guns are rare. I have walked the mountains where mountains were and I was armed. Attacks on humans are extremely rare but I was prepared.
Thus it was just a great hike in Big Bend up to the Rim and camping overnight on the mountain.
