It makes sense that the PA Legislature has a problem with the SOS, governor, elections people, etc., thumbing their nose at the U.S. Constitution, and the Commonwealth’s laws.
Here, let me explain it to you.
These legislators in Pennsylvania are suing their own state for having stolen what is theirs. It is the right and obligation of the Penn State legislature to set and enact rules for elections in the state. It is NOT up to the Executive or Judicial part of their state to make those rules.
When PA changed the voting laws, it was done ILLEGALLY by the Gov/Judiciary. So too in Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia and Michigan...at least.
Texas suit is about that, and PA legislature has joined...in going after their own state for stealing away their job.
