Well, he’s regarded as a terrific litigator. Thus, Lin Wood knows that he’s opening himself up to being sued for defamation.
But, Mr. Wood doesn’t seem worried at all.
A thoughtful, rational person would wonder why ?

He is not opening himself up to any suit.
You can say just about anything you want to say about an elected or appointed official and they have no grounds for a lawsuit.
Lin Wood knows this......that’s why his attacks are only placed on those people. Elected or appointed to office.
He never attacks a private citizen.
Think about it......if Trump could bring litigation for all of the lies and slander against him, it would be in the hundreds easily.
