Anthony Fauci never thought that Americans HAVE rights, only privileges. This is a peculiar mindset found among many people who consider themselves as “liberal”, a side of personal philosophy that Fauci comes down squarely upon.
You are shouting at a blank wall when you try to convince Anthony Fauci that rights are granted not by government, but by the Creator. Rights are only TAKEN AWAY, or rather, suspended by government, but the underlying rights are still spelled out in the founding documents of our nation.
Jim Jordan seems to think Fauci is in control of our rights. Got them all locked up in a metal file cabinet. Begging and pleading with him to give them back to us.

He addresses that. He said in what world does an unelected beurocrat get to tell us American citizens when we can exercise our God-given liberties, when we can exercise our God-given rights, our First Amendment rights?

Well, that’s fine then. But as someone with some power, I would rather him take some action rather than ask rhetorical questions for sound bites and fox news appearances.
First you were not even listening to what he said. And what Fauci says carries a lot of weight and he doesn’t take questions from anyone but leftist talk shows so finally someone questioning and addressing it again on Fox is doing something, a lot actually. Stop minimizing and taking cheap shots at Fox and listen to what he says before you post.
We will get our “rights” back when we assert them.
A better question is where in the Constitution does it say our rights can be suspended?
Also, who is anointed to decide when our rights can be suspended, or returned, and why would Americans be so stupid as to lay back their ears in submission?

The question really is: why did so many surrender their rights so quickly and easly? Follow-up question: What will it take for those who surrendered their rights to stand up and take them back?
The right question to ask really is: who the hell appointed Fraudci as the arbiter of taking our rights away and "giving" them back?"
Why did these weak kneed politicans surrender their Constitutional responsibility to protect our rights to a fraud of a man who's taken every single side of this issue and then reversed himself repeatedly?
Why does anyone listen to Fraudci at all? He's been wrong since the beginning, wrong the entire past year plus and he's wrong now! None of us here on FR argue that point!
Why give Fraudci any credibility at all? Why even acknowledge him? For all that's great about our God given rights as stated in our Constitution, stand the eff up people and reclaim your lives!
Whether or not someone chooses to get vaccinated, and as someone who chose to get vaccinated I support the rights of those who choose not to, it's well past time the people of this country IGNORED Fraudci and those who advocate for these stupid lock-downs and restrictions and started acting like full fledged rights bearing individuals and made our founding fathers proud!
Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God! The best way to resist is to get about our lives, open up our businesses and IGNORE these idiots, period!
