Louisiana – Joe Biden traveled to Lake Charles and New Orleans on Thursday to promote his highly unpopular “infrastructure” bill that has nothing to do with infrastructure.
Biden visited the Carrollton Water Plant in New Orleans and he looked like a clueless child on a field trip.
Joe Biden had to rely on notecards as he shuffled around the water plant.
78-year-old Biden can’t go anywhere without his notecards. He is always spotted reading from notecards because he can’t remember anything.

Maybe it’s the name of the state that he’s in.
Maybe it’s the name of his vice-president.
Maybe it’s the name of the SS agent who changed his diapers hourly.
Maybe it’s the choices of which pureed meals he can have for lunch.
I feel sorry for poor Joe but even more sorry for the USA!
No one cares. None of this will matter until things start really coming unglued, and they will. At that point, the media will begin to “notice” something isn’t right with Joe, and they will usher in the Ho.
Not to mention he wears his bib everywhere as well. So sad, and dangerous.
