UZBEKS! If you had ever watched SCTV, probably the funniest comedy show ever, then you would know that there was something funny about Uzbeks which was like a running joke. Well, it turns out SCTV was right. Here are Uzbek law enforcement officials at a ceremony in Uzbekistan completely unsure on how to properly salute. UZBEKS!
When that happened, I got on the phone to the SCTV producer in Canada (I was surprised how easily I got thru to him) and complained about how NBC put the shiv to SCTV and praised SCTV as the BEST comedy show ever.

It looks like the two on the right just copied what their civilian leader did and held their hands over their hearts. The two on the left are rendering salutes, and pretty damn good salutes BTW, not “Howdy Doody” salutes that Hollywood usually shows us.
The civilian guy in front looked like he was leaning back to get some extra sun for his tan.
Don’t give them money or matches.....
Hour one of day one of basic training is how to correctly wear the uniform and how to salute. What, they missed it?
