So, it's a public sector matter and not a national security issue since it's affecting our national energy sector. This is more proof the Biden White House is somehow involved in this.

Private sector is required by law to report breaches. Not all instances are investigated by the FBI. This one strikes me as having very specific economic repercussions. The silence is deafening.

The same people who could not make a healthcare website despite billions of dollars in funding it.
Oil refining is shut down and AAA is projecting gas shortages and potential price spikes on the East Coast and it is not a national security issue?

I refuse to believe that the NSA could not figure out where this came from. They could do this and send a murder squad to kill them all. That is what will stop this.
I also support the death penalty for anyone releasing a computer virus. I would happily flip the switch, pull the trigger, spring the trapdoor, whip the draft horses, spin the breakers wheel, pull the guillotine cord... you name it.
