Apologies if this has been posted before. I know people get all bent out of shape here if an article is duplicate-posted. I did a search for the article and it did not come up. At least not with the search terms that I used.

I like anchovies as well, but added to salads, stews and mashed with tomato paste in other stuff I cook.

I was the one kid who ate just about anything my mother cooked, and liked it. She never served me Sardine’s. I am glad I never had to disappoint her.

What is considered a serving? Anyone know?
A can, 1/2 can or maybe two cans?

Those on the carnivore diet eat tons of sardines. I favor kipper, mixed with mayo on a saltine. YUM.

I like tinned sardines, which is weird.
But 5 cans is about four and a half more than i would ever want at one sitting.

Yesterday someone posted an article written by Bob Weir, and now one written by Jerry Garcia. Amazing.

Hmmm. I actually love tins of sardines, kippered herring, and smoked oysters. (So do our cats - there’s hell to pay if I only open one can for myself.) I may have to add these to my diet. Not five cans a day, though, that’s a bit much.
