Tomorrow, Maricopa County and Dominion will be required to either appear before the Arizona Senate or deliver the requested materials in the latest Senate subpoena.
Maricopa County has been fighting tooth and nail to hide this information from the auditors and tweeting jabs instead of addressing the questions their voters have.
President Trump previously released a statement asking why they are “fighting for life or death.”

I predict nothing will happen because leftists always win
If they don’t show up , hunt them down and drag them in chains into the Senate.
Both subpoenaed parties will just blow this off. Nothing will ever cone of this.
Nothing will happen. The senate needs a majority to enforce subpoenas, and there are two RINO commies who have stated they are now against the audit. In theory, there are three entities who can arrest the BOS and Dominion officials for bucking a subpoena: The Phoenix PD, whose chief is communist; the Sheriff, who is a Soros communist, and the AZ AG, who has stated tough words about the BOS, but in the end will not lift a finger to enforce the subpoenas.
Now, is there a possibility that the Cyber Ninjas have literally pulled a 180 and will come out and falsely state that there was NOT enough fraud to likely change the results, which is a DISTINCT POSSIBILITY? It will take a lot of buying off of people in the process to keep the results from spilling, but it must be noted that ALL election fraud workers are under a CRIMINALLy-ENFORCED NDA, not a CIVILLY-enforced one. That is unusual, UNLESS you anticipate the events I’m horrifically positing above.
In fact, this is the only hope the Dems have, but it’s also OUR only hope to get things going in other states, as well as provide easy opp-research into the primaries next year to get based candidates to go up against any communist opponent in the general. But if the evil ones have gotten to the Ninjas, we are doomed, as I will see now way out.
Again, I don’t mean to be a pessimist, but rather a realist in knowing how the enemy works. Do they have the goods on enough Ninja executives? I always will have those doubts until proven otherwise. The Ken Bennett episode was the real trigger warning that this is a real possibility.
And Durham is due as well.
“I predict nothing will happen because leftists always win.”
You would be correct. Since it’s baseball season, being on our side is like listening to an hour long pre-game show followed by losing the game 10-0. Then the same thing again and again, with an off day once in a while.
And, they will continue to stonewall...
And, not a thing will be done about it.....
And, they know it....
Kabuki theater, Arizona democrat style.
Go SIEZE THE EQUIPMENT. RIGHT IN THEIR FACE. WITH SECURITY
THIS IS STATE PROPERTY
You’re right about Ken Bennett. That was totally uncalled for,for what he did. That was a huge red flag.
Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita is against the audit. Who is the other senator?
G
If there are no penalties for non-compliance, why bother with subpeonas?
I read if they don’t cough up the routers by the deadline the senate is turning it over to the AG who is going to seize the machines.
Which tomorrow? I been reading that since at least Saturday. Is it even a tomorrow in this century? Or is it the next century?
The other senator is Paul Boyer from Glendale......
Take a look at this addle-eyed, zit-faced punk, who holds the key to saving our Constitution
Here is a direct quote from him and Michelle Ugenti-Rita, the cray cray that got booed off Trump’s stage last Saturday.
From Scottsdale, Urgenti-Rita has a scandal plagued record, yet sits at the helm as Committee Chair of Government
So, these two hold all the power as of today.
It is possible that Fann may be able to execute the February contempt order without bringing it to a vote, which would then circumvent these two lunatics.
I need to research that point a bit more.
I agree re Bennett. That episode is very, very disturbing. I do not understand how/why he would go rogue, say what he said and be out of lockstep with Fann. Very, very troubling.
“The other senator is Paul Boyer from Glendale......”
Thanks. I tried to look it up but didn’t have any success.
The Maricopa County Supervisors issued a sneering rejoinder to the AZ Senate’s third subpoena, calling the audit an “adventure in never never land (https://www.maricopa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/70435/Final-Signed-Letter-to-Senators).”
In a characteristically juvenile tweet (https://twitter.com/maricopacounty/status/1422289431965274122?s=28), the County summarized “key points to AZ Senate:
• Routers: No means no.
• Passwords: Why demand passwords we don’t have for tabulators you’ve already returned?🤔
• Images: Can’t find what we provided in April? Check Ballot Pallet 46 or subfolder AFFIDAVITS on Lacie hard drive. Or the lab in Montana.”
The response also includes a letter (https://www.maricopa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/70435/Final-Signed-Letter-to-Senators) from the attorney for Maricopa County reiterating that the County will NOT offer access to routers, Splunk logs, or passwords. The attorney downplays the data breach, calling it an “incident,” claims that the County is willing to resend the envelope images, and refers the Senate to the County Recorder for the voter records.
In a separate statement (https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/AZMARIC/bulletins/2eb0662), Chairman Sellers added his own quarrelsome two cents: “For months, the Senate’s audit team has had access to the items they need to confirm Maricopa County’s tabulators were not connected to the internet and thus were not hacked during the November General Election. The certified auditors hired by the County needed just two weeks with the machines and logs that we turned over to the Senate to make such a determination. They have what they need.
…The Senate and their privately funded contractors should finish their “audit”, release their report and be prepared to defend it in court.”
