I agree with the Kabuki theater. Part of me believes there are honest people doing what they can; but the other half asks why are these honest people not calling them out. I think it speaks to the degree party leadership controls what actions are taken in earnest. Very disappointing overall.

Cruz has been lambasted unjustifiably and mercilessly because he has the gall to run against Trump. Even on this site.I’m proud to say that I’m not in that camp.
