The courts, up to and including the Supreme Court, are a joke. No one should think we're going to be able to litigate our way out of this mess.

The movie ‘Rollerball’ timeframe was after “The Corporation Wars’, where each major corporaton controlled a city-state.
I’mnot sure, of which one, and to what severity, but ‘somebody’ cannot keep messing with the people for any indeterminant amount of time, without ‘something’ coming out of it.

That is important, but it is not the hopping off point today.
History builds upon itself. Many leaders in the 1700-1800’s were more capable of honest construct than any of our POL’s today.
That does not mean that we can return to 1865.
Our constitution is still effective, our problem is a thoroughly corrupt dictatorial District of Columbia.
It is time to Restore the Constitution, return power on many levels to the States, move the center-of-gravity away from DC and DownSize DC!
Eliminate entire unconstitutional rogue Departments (including their SWAT Teams) and cut the remaining departments in 1/2.

I don’t believe there will be a civil war. We’re just too soft and we’ll fed and we’ll entertained. Our side lacks the stomach for even heated argument, never mind bullets whistling past their heads.
The left has the will and zeal, however misguided, to fight a hot war with the brutality to win it while we yell at our TVs and complain with our keyboards.
Half the country was burning just a year ago and no one did anything about it, except for maybe Kyle Rittenhouse.
Our side talks an excellent game, but only about 3 of us has the balls to actually pick up a weapon and drive a bullet into a leftard’s brain.
The left is more or less in control of every facet of American life. They control the schools, media, government, military, and can manipulate language to bend our culture as they wish it to be seen, yet we do nothing.
There will be no CW2. It would have happened by now.
