Where did he trespass? And if it wasn’t posted, you are not trespassing until you are told by someone to leave, but you don’t leave.

If I walk onto your lawn, where there are no “no trespassing” signs, I’m not trespassing. But if you ask me to leave and I refuse, at that point I AM trespassing.

I feel like we should be starting to learn German so we’ll understand what biden is saying.

Der Fuhrer ist turning law enforcement against the folks. The agents have guns, mace, handcuffs, clubs, and the power to take all your possessions, deprive you of liberty, and to kill you if you resist.

Das is happenung under Haupt Kommandant biden.

I didn’t vote for him and his meretricious sidekick.

Good for him, in front of a jury I doubt the prosecutor can prove the state’s case.

Anyway as they say in Hollywood - there is no such thing as bad publicity.

I guess that whole 8th Amendment thing and few other parts of the Bill of Rights don’t apply to this guy. Imagine that.

All for not wanting to be a snitch. Wonder what that report and warrants say. Probably about as good as all the FISC stuff pertaining to Russian Collusion.

And not a single FBI Agent or DOJ Attorney will be held accountable.

And so it continues unabated...

There is absolutely no indication that the Aamerican sheeple care or would even consider doing anything to stop our communist masters from imposing this tyranny...

Bow down!... Obey!... Snitch!...
That's the way Aamerican's live their lives and graze peacefully...

I am going to hope that the Pinellas County law enforcement were there to protect the accused rights in the presence of the Federal thugs.

A little lower in the article his real "crime" is revealed:

Jeremy released a video of his encounter with government officials when they came to his home. Jeremy also released audio of his meeting with the FBI at a local restaurant.

For that they sent 20 vehicles to arrest him. The charge was trespassing. This is legal terrorism.

Excuse me, what probable cause exists to get a search warrant for a misdemeanor trespassing charge? Assuming they have video of him in the Capital, the only item that could possibly be in the affidavit would be his clothes and with the video as evidence, it’s not really needed for a misdemeanor. I’d like to see what the affidavit says and who the judge is that signed the search warrant. This is an egregious abuse of the criminal justice system.

“If I walk onto your lawn, where there are no “no trespassing” signs, I am not trespassing.”

Per Florida statute crossing a fence boundary, entering a cultivated area or crossing onto property with the intent to commit a crime is trespassing.

1sr - Government over-reach during the arrest procedure
2nd - Government prosecution 'a la Michael Flynn ' to drive him and his family into bankruptcy, since the government has unlimited financial backing and resources.
3rd - Anywhere else, this would be considered 'criminal coercion'.

I think the point here is that one has to know he is crossing a boundary.

A fence or hedge at the property line delineates a boundary; an open lawn gives no indication when someone is "trespassing".

It actually predates Biden, but the Feds are so much more open about it now.

Law enforcement used to be a “profession” now it’s just a job. It is very disheartening to see what has happened. I can’t imagine going to a judge with a search warrant for a trespassing charge.

What the hell has happened to justice in this country? Don’t these agents realize they are one step away from being on the receiving end of this injustice as well?

Soooo....denied bail for trespassing for god’s sake, but 16000 illegal aliens can simply walk into the United States across an international boundary and...nothing. Not only are they not charged, they get free flights, free housing, and of course a little notice to report at their convenience.

Got it. Now we know who has rights in this country.

Yeah, remembering how they came for Gen. Flynn in the middle of the night with the MSM watching and with trucks with FBI and SWAT teams.

FBI: "Mr. Brown, you were Special Forces. You know how important intelligence sources are to operations. We need you to act as in informant for this upcoming rally. We can show you how to wear comm equipment and use it surreptitiously. Will you do it?"

Jeremy Brown: "This is a simple protest. You don't need any informants. The people protesting are peaceful folks."

FBI: "We really need you to do this. Don't you remember the motto of Special Forces?"

Jeremy Brown: "Of course I do. De Oppresso Libre - To Free the Oppressed!"

FBI: "No not that one. The new one!"

Jeremy Brown: "What new one?"

FBI: "The new one! The one that was established at the beginning of this administration to 'refresh' the brand."

Jeremy Brown: What???"

FBI: "The new one, 'My Honor is My Loyalty'."
