A few hundred trucks blocking the 495, 270 and 395 could basically shut down Washington DC.

Strikes only work with solidarity. If 10% walk out, it will hit but not hurt. All those who are vaxxed or not need to stand together if they agree with the principle of autonomy.

Yes it would impact the economy overwhelmingly. But is that what
is needed at this fragile time when items can’t be shipped to places
across the country? The supply chain is strained now and this would
impact it drastically, imo. Lot more ships stacked up waiting for
berthing spots.
