A purported draft executive order by Joe Biden directs the attorney general to identify “necessary changes” to the Bureau of Prisons’ (BOP) Transgender Offender Manual so that the agency can “designate individuals to [federal] facilities in accordance with their gender identity,” as reported by Just the News.
Translation: Housing anatomically male prisoners in women’s prisons.
What could possibly go wrong?
A recent Scottish study found “trans” prisoners casually “switch genders again” after release from women’s units back into society. But that would never happen in America, right? Nah, no way. Way.
According to Just the News, a bracketed paragraph found on the 15th of an 18-image series of grainy photographs of a computer screen obtained by The Federalist reveals the draft plan marked “draft – deliberative and pre-decisional; privileged and confidential,” and is related to Biden’s so-called “criminal justice reform.”
Enter Arkansas Republican Sen. Tom Cotton, who wants zero to do with Biden’s latest revealed example of insanity. As noted by Just the News, Cotton introduced a bill Wednesday (S-3481) that would block the purported Biden draft — which would undoubtedly deal a yuuge blow to leftist wingnuts across the fruited plain.
Here’s how Cotton explained his proposed legislation, via a statement:
President Biden’s plan to house male and female prisoners together will put women in danger. Documented cases prove that placing men—including ones who ‘identify’ as female — in women’s prisons puts female inmates at increased risk of sexual assault.
My bill will stop the president’s ill-conceived plan and keep men and women separated in federal prison.
Specifically, Cotton’s Preventing Violence Against Female Prisoners Act seeks to, in part:
- Forbid the Bureau of Prisons from using asserted “gender identity” to house inmates of one sex with inmates of the opposite sex
- Forbid state correctional institutions from using gender identity to house inmates of one sex with inmates of the opposite sex
- Prohibit co-locating male and female prisoners for reasons unrelated to asserted “gender identity
The bottom line:
Biden stubbornly continues to play to the radical-left — as his presidency and approval ratings continue to swirl down the toilet faster than CNN’s ratings — choosing to go “all in” with fringe positions in direct opposition to truly mainstream America.
The America to which Biden pledged “unity” and “a time to heal” after stumbling his way into the presidency. That America now weeps.
And Joe Biden could not give a damn.

They act like there’s never been trannies in the prison system before. Back in 1980, when I first got to Auburn prison as a new hack, there was an Hispanic male prisoner who had long hair and boobs. I was told he had gotten, or was still getting hormone treatments. 42 years on, they’re acting like they have no idea what to do with the trannies who have been in the prison system for ages.
Remember Richard Speck?
Will he open up juvenile detention centers to adults?
Prepping in case he has to serve time.
Instead lock Biden up with the transvestites.
Yep. I remember when he murdered the student nurses, and that the one who survived was cringing under the bed. That was in 1966...a year after I graduated from high school.
One of the first convicts I ran into at Auburn prison in 1980, when I began working there as an officer was Winston Moseley, who had murdered Kitty Genovese in a NY City neighborhood. Ronald DeFeo, who murdered his family in Amityville, NY, was also an inmate while I was there. I worked there for a little over three years, before transferring to a prison closer to where I was living before I took the job.

Why would Cotton sponsor anything like this to stop CornPop. Let him do it.
Who cares? The same folks that voted for and support CornPop, are the ones that want this. Let them have it.

This is not going to turn out well. But not in the way most think.
I have been an engineering contractor to some state corrections centers, designing safety and code modification to the facilities. As such I need to take measurements, examine the condition of equipment and do other things in some of those “prisons.” I also come back when contractors who have bid on making the modifications do their work to inspect the work and make sure it is done correctly.
When I step foot in a correction center, I am given a correction officer or maintenance person as an escort to take me around and watch my back while I do my thing.
One very interesting experience was at a state “women’s” correction center. I was advised to be very careful as while some may appear to be pleasant harmless women, they are the worst of the worse criminals. Many have been involved in violent crimes, committed murder, or done horrible things. They are also in a “jungle environment” where people try to take advantage of others to make their lives better.
During one such visit, I noticed an older man with a white beard in the institution jumpsuit. I asked what was up with a guy in a women’s prison. My correction officer said that poor guy had been castrated while in the men’s prison and had been transferred to the women’s prison “for his own protection.” Unfortunately for him, he became prey for some of the more hardened women criminals.
Those “trans men to women” who are going to end up at the women’s prisons are not going to be preying upon the women. They will become “fresh meat” for the women inmates. If they really are trans, they will not enjoy being beaten and raped. But liberal policies are about illusion and not about curing real problems.
At least that is my limited real world observation.
The “intended” consequences of placing trans in with women is the windfall the women inmates will get, (read dollars), for being raped by a trans while in the government’s custody. The legal case would be simply that the government placed a known risk of rape in a facility in which the victim could not escape or avoid. The Dems will then demand that the trans be released because there is no safe place to incarcerate them. A solution to a problem they invented.
Fine.....
I’m of the ilk that I’m fed up with fixing or trying to fix everything the Left does, wants or wishes. Let them have it. Let them explain why they did this or that instead of trying to stop them in the process.
And why should the he/she be released? Why not the he/she’s victims? But, if they want to release the he/she, I do not care. Not a single bit. It will not effect my life. At some point, the he/she will come across someone and that problem will be solved.
