In 2020, Nancy Pelosi, sitting behind Donald Trump at his State of the Union Address, showed her contempt for the speech by ripping it up. It was a nauseating display by the Speaker — one that said more about her poor character than about Trump or his address.

Mirengoff should have been sacked years ago. He is awful and getting worse. He does not fit in with the rest of their people or the mission of Powerline.

Paul at Powerline is infuriatingly anti Trump and a leftist apologist. I have stopped reading anything he writes to protect my health. It is telling that commenters have been admonished about threatened re posting negative comments on Paul’s illogical and biased screeds.
I only visit Powerline for the week in pictures now. It gladdens my heart that even his fellow writers have had enough.
Alas I quit P-line completely after the fraudulent election. Apart from Paul M they generally do a good job but they are too “civic nationalist” for me.

Paul’s character is finally suspect among friends... they gave him a pass their entire life until now, they have had enough of the petty Democrat nature of their classmate. Paul could defend Hillary at every turn and stand behind being a lawyer, but now this... now.
